		<description>try therabands or resistance bands they will help with ankle strength, not hurting ur arch, and if you get the Gaynor and Miden(sp?) pack it has two bands one really light and the next thicker. and in this little booket it has like 13 different excerisizes to get muscle stronger and stuff....thats what i use and they really help alot??????</description>
