		<description>Do both!  Both machines are very helpful in losing weight.  Besides if you switch off between the two you probably won&#039;t get as burnt out on working out all together.  If you find that one day you can only seem to go on the elliptical for a limited amount of time, then try switching to the treadmill.  But I highly suggest you do both!  Just make sure every workout on either and or both machines adds up to a total of twenty minutes.  Twenty minutes is the minimum amount of cardio necessary to begin to see results.  I am not entirely sure how long it would take.  But if you stick to it, you should begin to see results.  Also, be sure to give yourself at least one or two days to rest.  If your body is not used to all the exercise, it is going to need some time to adapt and recover.  Good Luck!</description>
