Will my routine get my body slim and sculpted or do I need to make changes? Help! :(?

Aptly now my normal looks something be fond of this

Sunday – 1 hour spin rank
Monday – 1 hour hearty pump rank (distinguished intensity using body bars, swiss balls, weights and thera-bands)
1 hour spin rank
Tuesday – break (not anything)
Wednesday – 1 hour spin rank
Thursday – 1 hour spin rank
Friday – break (not anything)
Saturday – 1 hour boot camp (intense services style exercises/ changes from week to week)
1 hour spin

I also look after to run on the treadmill in the evenings if I’m bored.

Aptly now I would say my body is Cute average (130 lbs, 5″7) but forgetting in this vicinity the extent, I want to focus on acheiving a decrease body stout percentage and construction Bony muscle

Does this signal be fond of it’s gonna cut it or do I call for to do extra?

I believe be fond of a total cupcake at that time to approximately of the people at my gym :P
