Has anyone altered their body from slim but floppy (mass 12 ish) into a toned sexy wavy body? i am jogging 3 income a week (1 min jog, i min pace for 30 mins as i am new to this!) and each second income am toing up including squats, lunges, sit ups, crunches, bicep dips etc (3 sets 10/20) i only wondered how many months it took you to tone up and notice the end upshot – a toned sexy body. I admit we are all uncommon but how many moths unequally? And what exercises were you doing (I don’t wanna be inflicted including a byish commanding body, this is why im gentley moderatley exercising)

predictable day after day diet is : 2 peices of wholemeal bread including minimul margerine and modest nuttela or marmite. dine = sanwich including total meal (if i had bananna for breakfast) or poached eggwhite including salad and avacardo. food and drink = fruit or handful of sliced almonds. i jog an hour including a buffet of chicken veg and few carbs be fond of potato/pasta. at that time up to 45 mins including jog i be inflicted including modest protein be fond of slimfast shake including. at that time in this vicinity 9pm i be inflicted including a glass milk and almonds for protein so body wont eat muscle over nighttime- do u reflect this diet and the exercise mentioned privileged than is aptly?
