What is the best way to do cardio for weight loss?

I do 30-40 min of weights a day, but I’m not guaranteed the most brilliant way to get cardio in….is it best to do an total session say atleast an hour, or to do two maybe three shorter sessions of 30-40 min. I be inflicted including problems including my feet and back and the longer sessions look after to exasperate including the intention of. But I admit it takes a certain amount of time to burn off sugars and initiation burning stout. So am I only growth my wheels doing shorter sessions?
