calories?

i was wondering..you admit how here are a certain digit of calories per gram of carbs and stout and all..well.. on nourishment marks as it tells u the calories per serving, does it contain the calories in the carbs, fats, etc? or are the calories in the carbs and fats in it gone out?

What is the difference between calories, and calories from fat?
