Walking at a certain alacrity where I believe muscle “strain” (I can believe the burn!) is extremely healthy for me, I admit. But I want to admit how at once I can drop consequence by doing this day after day and eating a healthy diet full of a balanced amount of pasta, vegetables, meat, and fill up.
Can I drop five-ten pounds in 5 months or so? Or how lingering, and how many pounds?
